Legal notice and privacy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
In two lines: if you write to me, I keep your details only to reply and talk about your project. I don't sell them to anyone, I don't send you marketing, and you can ask me to delete them whenever you like.
A note on language. This is a translation, provided so you can read it in English. The legally binding version is the Spanish one, because this business operates under Spanish law. If the two ever disagree, the Spanish text is the one that counts.

2. What this website is for
This site exists to show the work of Magnet Videos and to let anyone who wishes get in touch. Browsing it means accepting these terms in the version published at the time of your visit.
3. How it should be used
You agree to use this site properly, and not to use it to:
- Carry out activities contrary to the law, to public morals or to public order.
- Spread racist or xenophobic content, apologia for terrorism, or content that infringes human rights.
- Damage the systems of Magnet Videos or of third parties, or introduce viruses or any software that could cause harm.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, or extract data automatically without authorisation.
4. Who owns the content
The texts, design, code, images, logos and the videos shown here belong to Magnet Videos or are used with the corresponding permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
The work shown in the portfolio appears as a sample of work carried out. Client brands and trading names belong to their respective owners and their appearance here does not imply any current relationship or sponsorship.
You may view or download content for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, transform or communicate it publicly for commercial purposes without written permission. If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to info@magnetvideos.com and I will look into it.
5. Artificial intelligence in the work
Artificial intelligence tools are used, or may be used, in producing the videos, always under human direction and review. Depending on the project, they may be involved in:
- Drafts of scripts, synopses and on-screen text.
- Generating or retouching images, backgrounds, textures and graphic elements.
- Synthetic voice-over, where expressly agreed with the client.
- Technical tasks: subtitles, translation, audio cleanup, frame interpolation.
Some of the images on this website may have been generated with these tools.
What this means for you:
- The finished piece is always reviewed by a person before delivery. Nothing goes out automatically.
- You will be told which parts involve AI if you ask, and it is stated in the quote whenever it affects the voice-over or generated imagery.
- On rights in the result: you receive the usage rights agreed in the quote. Bear in mind that legal protection for AI-generated material differs from that of a human creation and can vary by country; if your project needs full exclusivity, say so before we start and it will be produced without generative AI.
- Your personal data and confidential material are not entered into third-party AI tools without written permission.
- If you would rather no generative AI were used on your project, say so and that is how it will be done. It may affect the timeline and the price.
6. Prices
The prices published on this website are indicative and correspond to the scenarios described (length, deliverables and timeline). They are not contractual offers: the final price is set in a written quote accepted by both parties.
7. Links to other websites
There may be links to third-party sites (Vimeo, YouTube, social networks). Magnet Videos does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their policies.
8. How far responsibility goes
I work to keep this website running and its information current, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the information will always be free of errors, or that the site will be free of harmful elements introduced by third parties.

9. Privacy policy
Who processes your data

If you email me
| What I process | Your name, your email address and whatever you tell me in the message. |
|---|---|
| What for | To reply to you and, where appropriate, prepare a quote. |
| Legal basis | Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). |
| How long | For as long as the conversation lasts, plus one year in case we pick it up again. If we end up working together, the statutory invoicing periods (6 years, art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code). |
This website has no contact form: contact is by email.
Technical data from your visit
The server hosting this website keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, browser) for security and to diagnose incidents. This is a standard technical requirement of any hosting service and rests on the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How I count visits
To know whether this website is any use to anyone, I count visits with my own system. I do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics tool, and no cookie is set for it.
The count is sent to the shyndesign.com server, which belongs to the same owner as this website. No outside company is involved.
For each visit, only the following is stored:
- The date and time
- Which page was viewed
- The domain you arrived from (for example google.com), never the full address
- Whether you came from a phone, tablet or computer
Your IP address is not stored. So as not to count the same person ten times on the same day, an irreversible code is calculated combining the date with connection data. That code changes every day and cannot identify you, nor link your visits on one day with those of the next.
That is why this counting does not require prior consent: it rests on the legitimate interest of knowing how the site is used (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Even so, if your browser sends the "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, nothing at all is recorded.
The videos: Vimeo
The videos on this site are not hosted here: they play from Vimeo.com, Inc. (United States). When the player loads, your browser connects to Vimeo's servers and that company receives your IP address and technical data about your device.
To keep this to a minimum, every player on this site loads with Vimeo's "do not track" mode switched on, which prevents Vimeo from using tracking and profiling cookies. On top of that, the portfolio videos do not load until you click them: if you don't open them, your browser never contacts Vimeo for them.
You can read their policy at vimeo.com/privacy.
Who it is shared with
I do not sell, rent or transfer your data to anyone for commercial purposes. Only the providers needed to make this work have access:
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Namecheap, Inc. | Web and email hosting | USA, with appropriate international transfer safeguards |
| Vimeo.com, Inc. | Video playback | USA, with appropriate international transfer safeguards |
Tax or accounting advisers may also have access if we get as far as invoicing, as may the competent authorities where there is a legal obligation.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own: none for analytics, none for advertising, none for personalisation. The visit counter works without them.
The only possible exception are those that the Vimeo player may set when you open a video. They load with "do not track" mode on, and only if you choose to play. You can block them from your browser settings.
Artificial intelligence
Artificial intelligence tools are used as support in the working process (layout, code review, text drafts). To be clear:
- Your personal data is not used to train AI models.
- I do not enter your contact details into third-party AI tools.
- This website has no chatbot: if you write, a person answers.
The use of AI in producing the videos and in the images on this website is explained in section 5.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability, by writing to info@magnetvideos.com. If you believe I have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: aepd.es. If you live in another EU country, you may also complain to your own national supervisory authority.
10. Changes and applicable law
This notice may be amended when necessary; the version in force will always be the one published on this page. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer, you can use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
